Civil litigation is the process our government has provided for the resolution of disputes between individuals, corporations and other entities. It can occur at the district justice, in arbitration, in the county courthouse before a judge or jury, and in the appellate courts. Parties involved in litigation are either the Plaintiff (the person or entity bringing the lawsuit) or the Defendant (the person or entity being sued).

Attorney Taczak has represented individuals and business entities as both plaintiffs and defendants in many areas of litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He has gained the experience required to evaluate the facts, identify and analyze the legal issues, develop a strategy, and then communicate the client's position in understandable terms to the both the client and the judge or jury.
